Customers

Welcome to my blog,

So I've been in my first job for around 3 weeks now, and I've really enjoyed it until one afternoon I had a horrible customer come in to the store and call me a liar.

It really put me down and made me feel like I didn't want to be there I finished serving her with someone helping me and served the rest of the customers trying to come across as friendly as I could be as she really pissed me off. I served about 3 other customers went on my break and just cried in the bathroom and ended up having a panic attack (haven't had one for ages).

I felt so stupid for crying over it but she made me so angry and wasn't even accepting of me when I said I was training. I ended up being on my break way over the 30 minutes I was supposed to, I'm so great full the manager understood why I was so upset over it as it was the first customer I had, had that wasn't nice to me within the three weeks being there.

Once I felt better I got my self together and went back out there to finish my job for the day and still managed to go in the next day feeling so much better.

I'm so great full for my colleagues who helped me through and explained there experiences of customers and that made me feel better.

My advice is if you end up having a crappy customer just remember you are doing your job the best way you know how to do it and you don't deserve the verbal abuse they throw at you. You are worth so much more than the way they treat you and you have probably done absolutely nothing wrong keep your head up.

Training

Welcome to my blog,

So i recently started training in retail and have been doing it for 2 weeks so far. Even though I know how to do tills and orders I still feel quite new to it all baring in mind I've picked it up quite quickly.

I just feel like when I mess up it makes me feel bad and I feel pressured into the whole 'you've done this you should know how to do it by now'. Yes I did it for a few hours but it's not enough for me to know everything, at least wait till I've been doing everything for a month and then tell me what I need to practice on more not now.

So even though I'm struggling with some bits I'm really enjoying it and I actually like  talking to the customers which I thought would be my least favourite thing considering I'm so shy and have anxiety.

If you're considering looking for a job even though maybe you're like me shy with anxiety and have mental health problems maybe getting yourself out there do something different might help you out. I didn't think it would help me I just really didn't want to be on benefits anymore and wanted a job doing literally anything and being able to talk to customers actually makes me happy.

Where I See Myself In 5 Years Time

Welcome to my blog,

Today's post is a bit about where I'm planning for my life to go in the future, so here we go.

I definitely see my self in 5 years time hopefully I'll be engaged (hopefully) even though I'm not sure I want to get married, I think having a ring is a symbol of being forever.

Hopefully I'll be comfortable in the job I'll be in and hopefully moved up with the place to a higher job ( at least that's my plan).

I would really love to be in a house or a flat to call my own and have it all decorated so that it will be beautiful and homely. I quite like small houses son that when you walk in you can feel at home just from walking through the door.

I want to have travelled the world to the places I've been dreaming to go to for a while seeing what I've been waiting to see as I've never been abroad in my life and it's definitely going to happen no matter what.

I also plan on at least having a baby by then or at least to be pregnant and being financially stable to support the family I'd hopefully have.

So yeah over the next 5 years I'd love this to all happen. I'm actually thinking maybe I should make a file of things or write it down and plan it out of how I want things to happen. It sucks that I can be OCD on certain things when it comes to stuff like this. I will definitely make sure this all happens but you know things change and it might take me longer to get through all of this or it might happen quicker than I planned.

Ickle Robot Lush Bath Bomb Review

Welcome to my blog,

Recently went into lush to pick myself up something new for me to try out and this is the beauty I picked up. I know it's mainly for kids but I couldn't resist getting it I saw it last time I was in there so this time I knew I was definitely getting it.

It's called 'ickle robot bath bomb' and cost £1.95 so it's a cheaper bath bomb than the other ones they have in the shop. It's a good size and has good detail for the price.

After trying this out I'm quite disappointed.

Considering its made and meant to be for kids I was expecting it to fizz out in different colours, but it only fizzed out in blue.

If I was ever going to buy this again it would purely be because of the detail along with the cuteness of it.
