Have been debating about doing these types of blog posts but have decided I will just run with the idea and see how long I can do it for.
So every Thursday I will weigh myself and let you know what I've gained or lost in that week while also posting little bits about what I've eaten whether it's healthy or unhealthy and some of my workout routines that I have been doing.
So far I have only been working out at the gym for 3ish weeks now and in them weeks I lost 4 pounds and then gained it back, but my fat percentage has gone down from 7.7% to 7% so I'm quite proud of that.
Clothes wise I'm a size 12 or 14 both for my tops and jeans and my goal is to be a size 6 or 8 and to be able to feel confident in dresses, shorts and bikinis.
