I've been to the gym everyday day this week for an hour each time while trying to be careful of what I've eaten. I'm not the best at watching what I eat honestly I'm so bad at it and could really do with some help and tips on that kind of stuff? If you know any please leave comments on what I should do.
So I've just weighed myself and it turns out I've gained a pound I'm so disappointed. The pound I lost in week 2 is the pound I've put back on so my next week if I could lose 2 pounds or more that would really make me happy.
My weight has been doing this for a while going up and down since I've started and I'm only in this to lose weight not gain. I mean a pound is better than 2 or 3 pounds for the week so I can only be thankful for it not being anymore than that.
This week however I am back to work after my holiday and I will be attending the gym so I'm hoping this will have a positive impact on my weight and help me lose a bit. To lose 2 pound next week is my goal even if it's a pound I'll be happy I just really don't want to gain again.
