Weekly Weigh In Week 4

I haven't been to the gym as much as I would of liked this week mainly because I've been at work 6 hours a day every day this week. 

I really should start trying to go before work and in the morning so I have enough time to do everything, although I enjoy going to the gym after work I really need to get myself more focused to turn it around so I carry on going.

This week I lost 1lb which is better than nothing and it also means since staring the gym I've lost 5lbs over 2 months and I wish it could be a bit more but right now if I can do another 2 months and lose 5lbs again then that would be great. 

I am under 12 stone and I do not want to go back to that number. Fingers crossed. Next week will be another loss for me.
