Weekly Weigh In Week 5

I've been to the gym the same amount and been at work more hours this week so I was really expecting to have lost some weight. 

I've eaten more healthy this week but I've not gained or lost anything this week. 

My bmi shows I've lost weight but not enough for it to be a pound. I still weigh under 12 stone so it seems like a sure thing that I am definitely under 12 stone and won't be going back over it.

Fingers crossed for next week that I will lose 2lbs if I keep it up.
