Food wise I feel like I've been really hungry and just eaten loads all week. I've had potatoe, chicken and beans one day a bowl of pasta bake the next and noodles but it's been the snacks that I've been falling back on with me eating crisps and biscuits nearly every night this week which is not good.
I tried to start meal planning but it's harder than I thought as I have to know what to eat that's healthy and make sure that we have at home in the first place to make sure that I can even eat it in the first place.
I've just weighed myself and nothing has changed at all my bmi has stayed on the exact same number it was last time, I'm not really sure why I haven't gained or lost any weight this week with the amount I've eaten and worked. I'm not disappointed at all hopefully with this week being more relaxed I will be able to get in the gym every day that I can.
My goal for next week is to try and lose 2lbs and I haven't once met my goal that I've gave myself yet and that's beginning to get me down and frustrate me surly I can actually accomplish one.
I'm finding my weightloss journey to be very slow compared to others on YouTube and through others blog posts I just don't understand what I am doing wrong.
