Weekly Weigh In Week 7

This week I've lost weight but again it hasn't been enough to make it go down a pound.

The only thing that's changed is my bmi so last week my bmi was 31.43 and this week it's 31.34 better than nothing I guess.

I really need to start measuring myself to actually hopefully realise I'm achieving more that way than in weighing because that would be really nice to see even if it's  centimetres I'd be really happy and it will probably motivate more to do it.

I've not been able to get in the gym as much again as I've done 6 hour shifts again and it's pretty much a workout at work anyway and when I do go I've forgotten to eat something so I become tired more quickly which means I can't stay there for as long as I want to.

Still would like to continue my goal of losing 2lb for next week as I didn't get to do it this week.
