Weekly Weigh In Week 11

I've been able to get in the gym a bit more and try to start eating better this week, but I'm still struggling to lose weight. 

What I was using to record my weight on decided to just delete everything it remembers so it's completely blank meaning I had to reset my 4 pounds in 1 month goal again so I've had to restart that which is a pain.

This week it's only my bmi that's changed its gone from 31.22 to 31.18 as always at least it's not a gain. 

I've finally decided that my main goal for the whole of this journey is to lose 2 stone (28 pounds) for right now and then to be able to maintain it for myself and then have a new goal. Since staring the gym I've already lost 6 pounds (3 months which seems like not much to me but I feel like I'm really trying) so I've got 22 pounds to go.

Next week I'll be taking measurements again to see if any things changed and make sure I'm measuring the right parts so it's correctly done instead of guessing.
