Weekly Weigh In Week 9

This week I've not been to the gym as much simply because work, getting in the way of it with me doing longer hours and being short staffed. 

I have been eating better and healthier this week though I've found myself to be eating less in the day so I'd have breakfast go to work for what seems like forever come home have dinner a cup of tea while having a snack during the day. 

Where as before I had a few snacks because I was just hungry all the time so hopefully that's past now and I can go back to eating normally instead of overeating all the time. 

This worked for me this week I actually lost weight I lost 1lb and my bmi went down from  31.55 to 31.34 which is the bmi I have been before. Really pleased with that after no weight change and then gaining a pound hopefully I'm back on track again.

My goal for next week is to lose 2lb if I can lose 1lb this week thought eating less hopefully I can lose an extra 1lb by going to the gym as well. My rotas at work are beginning to go back to normal now as people come back from holiday which means I should be able to get my self in the gym again. 

I will also be retaking my measurements next week to see if I've lost any centimetres any where fingers crossed next week I will lose weight and lose centimetres.
