Weekly Weigh In Week 12

21 pounds to got to lose 2 stone

Hello again back with another weekly weigh in. 

This week I lost 1lb I'm so happy with that as I've been eating badly this week but I've been able to get in the gym a lot more this week. I've got 3 weeks to go to lose 3lbs to reach the goal I made my self over the month.

My bmi went from 31.18 to 31.09 so I'm nearly out of the 31s on my bmi. My actual weight tho I can not remember what I was I believe it's 11 stone 7 pound I'm not 100% sure but if I don't find out this week then I'll definitely let you know next week.

I still have the meal plan going but I've had my mum help me sort it out to make it better portion wise. So last night I had a breakfast bar for breakfast, for dinner I had 1/2 a pizza where as normally I just have a whole one with a handful of chips and lots of vegetables, for afters I had 100g of icecream and as a snack I had a packet of crisps. Normally I'd eat way more than that because I always feel just hungry. 

So this week will really show if restricting how much I eat helps me lose more weight than what I have been losing as well as going to the gym. Hopefully it will help me lose a few more centimetres as well to help motivate me a bit more.

Last weeks measurements:

Left arm - 31cm
Right arm - 31cm
Left leg - 60cm lost 2cm
Right leg - 62cm
Stomach - 98cm lost 1cm
Bust - 107cm 2 cm lost 
Chest - 93cm

I lost 5cm.

This weeks measurements:

Left arm - 31cm
Right arm - 31cm
Left leg - 60cm
Right leg - 61cm
Stomach - 99cm +1cm
Bust - 108cm + 1cm 
This is all I will be measuring from now on .

2cm gained. So in total I've lost 3cm so far.
