Last week my bmi was 30.05 this week my bmi is 29.64. I'm finally out of the 30s not by much but it's not 30.
I lost 2lb this week. So pleased that I'm on track to get to the way I want to be even though it's very slow progress. I now weigh 11 stone 3lbs. I've got 3lbs to lose and then I will be out of the 11s.
I've got 1lb to go for my 4lbs over 1 month goal. I have 2 weeks left and i should definitely achieve this next week so fingers crossed.
Last weeks measurements:
Left arm - 29cm lost 2cm
Right arm - 30.5cm lost 0.5cm
Left leg - 61cm plus 1cm
Right leg - 61cm
Stomach - 97cm lost 2cm
Bust - 106cm lost 2cm
This weeks measurements:
Left arm - 29.5cm plus 0.5cm
Right arm - 29.5cm lost 1cm
Left leg - 60cm lost 1cm
Right leg - 60cm lost 1cm
Stomach - 98cm plus 1cm
Bust - 106cm
So in total I've lost 10cm so far.
My weigh ins will now be every 2 weeks from now and my measurements will be in them posts as there already every 2 weeks.
Only 13lbs to go till I've lost 2 stone.
