I am so proud of my self this week I've stuck to healthy eating and my meal plan over the week while attending they gym for half an hour when I can.
Last week my bmi was 31.09 this week it's 30.59 and I've lost 3lbs meaning I now weigh 11stone 8lbs and only have 18lbs to go till I've lost 2 stone.
18lbs doesn't seem like much to me if I lost 2lbs a wee it'd take me just over 2 months to do it so pleased hopefully next week will be another positive loss for me, if I continue to go to the gym when I can and follow my meal plan I should definitely lose around the same amount next week.
My work trousers are ridiculously loose and with how much I work I practically live in them so I will see soon how my jeans fit and other clothes when I actually get a break.
The goal I set myself to lose 4lbs over 1 month I now have 1lb to go I believe. If I lose another 3lb next week and the week after that then I might change my goal when I set the next one for it to be a bit higher over the month.
