Weekly Weigh In Week 14

Hello again 


Last week my bmi was 30.59 and today it's 30.18 that is such a big gap for my bmi to go down that much but I'm nearly out of the 30s. 


I've also lost 2lb this week so I'm still going strong with my healthy eating and meal plan meaning I now weigh 11stone 6lbs.


I have only been able to get in to the gym once this week, which means that's still a good loss for only eating healthy but it could of been more if I could have got in to the gym more than I have.

So I only have 16lbs to go till I've lost 2 stone.


The goal I set myself to lose 4lbs over 1 month I have completed and lost an extra lb with it. I'm starting it again 4lbs over 1 month so 1lb a week and if I keep going the way I am I should reach it in 2 weeks. So if I do lose the amount in 2 weeks my next goal will be different and higher lbs to lose over 1 month.


Here are my new measurements.


Last weeks measurements:


Left arm - 31cm

Right arm - 31cm

Left leg - 60cm

Right leg - 61cm

Stomach - 99cm 

Bust - 108cm 


This weeks measurements:


Left arm - 29cm lost 2cm

Right arm - 30.5cm lost 0.5cm

Left leg - 61cm plus 1cm

Right leg - 61cm

Stomach - 97cm lost 2cm

Bust - 106cm lost 2cm


So in total I've lost 8.5cm so far.
