I have another weekly weigh in blog. Last week my bmi was 30.18 this week I'm now at 30.05 I should 100% be out the 30s next week I will be so disappointed if it's even 30 next week.
I lost 1lb this week so not as much as what I have been losing but it's a loss and it still counts.
I've only been able to get in the gym twice this week for 45 minutes of exercise each time. I'm pretty sure this is what's letting me down the most even though I'm at work it's obviously not enough for me to lose more than a 1lb without going to the gym more often.
I've got 3lbs to go for my 4lbs over 1 month goal. If I lose 1lb a week it means I will achieve it fingers crossed for me it just goes smoothly.
Next week will be my last weekly weigh in and it will then be every 2 weeks. I'll still be doing measurements like normal as they're already set up to be every 2 weeks but I might change that eventually to be in the post nearer the end of the month.
Only 15lbs to go till I've lost 2 stone.
