Weekly Weigh In Week 12

21 pounds to got to lose 2 stone

Hello again back with another weekly weigh in. 

This week I lost 1lb I'm so happy with that as I've been eating badly this week but I've been able to get in the gym a lot more this week. I've got 3 weeks to go to lose 3lbs to reach the goal I made my self over the month.

My bmi went from 31.18 to 31.09 so I'm nearly out of the 31s on my bmi. My actual weight tho I can not remember what I was I believe it's 11 stone 7 pound I'm not 100% sure but if I don't find out this week then I'll definitely let you know next week.

I still have the meal plan going but I've had my mum help me sort it out to make it better portion wise. So last night I had a breakfast bar for breakfast, for dinner I had 1/2 a pizza where as normally I just have a whole one with a handful of chips and lots of vegetables, for afters I had 100g of icecream and as a snack I had a packet of crisps. Normally I'd eat way more than that because I always feel just hungry. 

So this week will really show if restricting how much I eat helps me lose more weight than what I have been losing as well as going to the gym. Hopefully it will help me lose a few more centimetres as well to help motivate me a bit more.

Last weeks measurements:

Left arm - 31cm
Right arm - 31cm
Left leg - 60cm lost 2cm
Right leg - 62cm
Stomach - 98cm lost 1cm
Bust - 107cm 2 cm lost 
Chest - 93cm

I lost 5cm.

This weeks measurements:

Left arm - 31cm
Right arm - 31cm
Left leg - 60cm
Right leg - 61cm
Stomach - 99cm +1cm
Bust - 108cm + 1cm 
This is all I will be measuring from now on .

2cm gained. So in total I've lost 3cm so far.

Weekly Weigh In Week 11

I've been able to get in the gym a bit more and try to start eating better this week, but I'm still struggling to lose weight. 

What I was using to record my weight on decided to just delete everything it remembers so it's completely blank meaning I had to reset my 4 pounds in 1 month goal again so I've had to restart that which is a pain.

This week it's only my bmi that's changed its gone from 31.22 to 31.18 as always at least it's not a gain. 

I've finally decided that my main goal for the whole of this journey is to lose 2 stone (28 pounds) for right now and then to be able to maintain it for myself and then have a new goal. Since staring the gym I've already lost 6 pounds (3 months which seems like not much to me but I feel like I'm really trying) so I've got 22 pounds to go.

Next week I'll be taking measurements again to see if any things changed and make sure I'm measuring the right parts so it's correctly done instead of guessing.

Weekly Weigh In Week 10

This week I lost 1lb and my bmi went down from 31.34 to 31.22. I really didn't expect to lose anything this week as I was on holiday for 2 days, with a lot of late finishes at work again and have only been to the gym a few times. 

I only have late nights this week that are the only thing to get in the way of me going to the gym so I should be able to get in there a bit more again. While il be eating healthily or at least trying to.

I re-measured myself for my measurements to make sure I was doing something right at least that's all below.

Last weeks measurements:

Left arm - 31cm
Right arm - 31cm
Left leg - 62cm
Right leg - 62cm
Stomach - 99cm
Bust - 109cm
Chest - 93cm

This weeks measurements:

Left arm - 31cm
Right arm - 31cm
Left leg - 60cm lost 2cm
Right leg - 62cm
Stomach - 98cm lost 1cm
Bust - 107cm 2 cm lost 
Chest - 93cm

So happy this shows that something is actually happening, hopefully I have measured correctly and that in 2 weeks time I lose some more.

My goal in a months time is to lose 4lb so 1lb a week for me as I seem to struggle to be able to lose any more than that.

Weekly Weigh In Week 9

This week I've not been to the gym as much simply because work, getting in the way of it with me doing longer hours and being short staffed. 

I have been eating better and healthier this week though I've found myself to be eating less in the day so I'd have breakfast go to work for what seems like forever come home have dinner a cup of tea while having a snack during the day. 

Where as before I had a few snacks because I was just hungry all the time so hopefully that's past now and I can go back to eating normally instead of overeating all the time. 

This worked for me this week I actually lost weight I lost 1lb and my bmi went down from  31.55 to 31.34 which is the bmi I have been before. Really pleased with that after no weight change and then gaining a pound hopefully I'm back on track again.

My goal for next week is to lose 2lb if I can lose 1lb this week thought eating less hopefully I can lose an extra 1lb by going to the gym as well. My rotas at work are beginning to go back to normal now as people come back from holiday which means I should be able to get my self in the gym again. 

I will also be retaking my measurements next week to see if I've lost any centimetres any where fingers crossed next week I will lose weight and lose centimetres.

Weekly Weigh In Week 8

I am so disappointed in myself I've gained 1lb this week it's not much but after 3 weeks of no change in weight is so annoying for it not to be a loss for me and my bmi went up to 31.55.

I've been able to go to the gym more often this week I've been eating better apart from last night which was a cheat night. I just am really wanting to lose weight faster than this and because I'm not it's beginning to make me lose interest. 

In my self I see no physical change to me even in photos I've taken but my family say they can which is nice to here. 

I realise I'm not someone who can go to the gym and just lose it like I thought it was going to be. My weight is just up and down and I don't know what to do.

The gym I go to isn't very big in the machines it has and when you compare it to other gyms you can really tell it doesn't have much there. I've started using other machines by myself but I'm a bit more worried to start with the weights because it's always busy in that part of the gym and I don't want to look stupid and be the only girl in there. I would really like to start using them but I will definitely need to be shown how to use them so I do it properly without hurting my self. 

After so long of saying I want to start measuring my self I'm finally doing it so this will be the first week for that and then I'm not sure whether I will do it monthly or weekly for it. Maybe even every 2 weeks I'll do it and check.

I have no idea if that's what I'm supposed to measure but that's what I'll stick to for now till I found out what I am supposed to do and I've decided I'll measure again in 2 weeks time so on my 10th week il update and fingers crossed this will help me realise going to the gym is making a difference in the way I look even if it's the smallest measurement.
