Weekly Weigh In Weeks 17, 18 And 19

Hello it's been a while, 


Last time I posted my bmi was 29.64, and over this month and a half I've got it down to 28.39. 


I lost 7lbs altogether over the time I've not posted and now Weigh 10 stone 10lbs I'm finally out of the 11s and my first goal is to reach 10 stone 5lbs. I've got another 5lbs to go before I reach it. 


Last times measurements:


Left arm - 29.5cm plus 0.5cm

Right arm - 29.5cm lost 1cm

Left leg - 60cm lost 1cm

Right leg - 60cm lost 1cm

Stomach - 98cm plus 1cm

Bust - 106cm


This weeks measurements:


Left arm - 29cm lost 0.5cm

Right arm - 30cm plus 0.5cm

Left leg - 59cm lost 1cm

Right leg - 59cm lost 1cm

Stomach - 97.5 lost 0.5cm

Bust - 102cm lost 4cm



So in total I've lost 16.5cm so far.


Only 6lbs to go till I've lost 2 stone. I'm so close to reaching this goal and once I've lost that I will set a new goal.

Weekly Weigh In Week 16

Last week my bmi was 30.05 this week my bmi is 29.64. I'm finally out of the 30s not by much but it's not 30.


I lost 2lb this week. So pleased that I'm on track to get to the way I want to be even though it's very slow progress. I now weigh 11 stone 3lbs. I've got 3lbs to lose and then I will be out of the 11s.


I've got 1lb to go for my 4lbs over 1 month goal. I have 2 weeks left and i should definitely achieve this next week so fingers crossed.


Last weeks measurements:


Left arm - 29cm lost 2cm

Right arm - 30.5cm lost 0.5cm

Left leg - 61cm plus 1cm

Right leg - 61cm

Stomach - 97cm lost 2cm

Bust - 106cm lost 2cm


This weeks measurements:


Left arm - 29.5cm plus 0.5cm

Right arm - 29.5cm lost 1cm

Left leg - 60cm lost 1cm

Right leg - 60cm lost 1cm

Stomach - 98cm plus 1cm

Bust - 106cm


So in total I've lost 10cm so far.


My weigh ins will now be every 2 weeks from now and my measurements will be in them posts as there already every 2 weeks.


Only 13lbs to go till I've lost 2 stone.

Weekly Weigh In Week 15

I have another weekly weigh in blog. Last week my bmi was 30.18 this week I'm now at 30.05 I should 100% be out the 30s next week I will be so disappointed if it's even 30 next week.


I lost 1lb this week so not as much as what I have been losing but it's a loss and it still counts. 


I've only been able to get in the gym twice this week for 45 minutes of exercise each time. I'm pretty sure this is what's letting me down the most even though I'm at work it's obviously not enough for me to lose more than a 1lb without going to the gym more often.


I've got 3lbs to go for my 4lbs over 1 month goal. If I lose 1lb a week it means I will achieve it fingers crossed for me it just goes smoothly.


Next week will be my last weekly weigh in and it will then be every 2 weeks. I'll still be doing measurements like normal as they're already set up to be every 2 weeks but I might change that eventually to be in the post nearer the end of the month.


Only 15lbs to go till I've lost 2 stone.

Weekly Weigh In Week 14

Hello again 


Last week my bmi was 30.59 and today it's 30.18 that is such a big gap for my bmi to go down that much but I'm nearly out of the 30s. 


I've also lost 2lb this week so I'm still going strong with my healthy eating and meal plan meaning I now weigh 11stone 6lbs.


I have only been able to get in to the gym once this week, which means that's still a good loss for only eating healthy but it could of been more if I could have got in to the gym more than I have.

So I only have 16lbs to go till I've lost 2 stone.


The goal I set myself to lose 4lbs over 1 month I have completed and lost an extra lb with it. I'm starting it again 4lbs over 1 month so 1lb a week and if I keep going the way I am I should reach it in 2 weeks. So if I do lose the amount in 2 weeks my next goal will be different and higher lbs to lose over 1 month.

Weekly Weigh In Week 13

18 pounds to go to lose 2 stone.

I am so proud of my self this week I've stuck to healthy eating and my meal plan over the week while attending they gym for half an hour when I can. 


Last week my bmi was 31.09 this week it's 30.59 and I've lost 3lbs meaning I now weigh 11stone 8lbs and only have 18lbs to go till I've lost 2 stone.


18lbs doesn't seem like much to me if I lost 2lbs a wee it'd take me just over 2 months to do it so pleased hopefully next week will be another positive loss for me, if I continue to go to the gym when I can and follow my meal plan I should definitely lose around the same amount next week.


My work trousers are ridiculously loose and with how much I work I practically live in them so I will see soon how my jeans fit and other clothes when I actually get a break. 


The goal I set myself to lose 4lbs over 1 month I now have 1lb to go I believe. If I lose another 3lb next week and the week after that then I might change my goal when I set the next one for it to be a bit higher over the month.

Weekly Weigh In Week 12

21 pounds to got to lose 2 stone

Hello again back with another weekly weigh in. 

This week I lost 1lb I'm so happy with that as I've been eating badly this week but I've been able to get in the gym a lot more this week. I've got 3 weeks to go to lose 3lbs to reach the goal I made my self over the month.

My bmi went from 31.18 to 31.09 so I'm nearly out of the 31s on my bmi. My actual weight tho I can not remember what I was I believe it's 11 stone 7 pound I'm not 100% sure but if I don't find out this week then I'll definitely let you know next week.

I still have the meal plan going but I've had my mum help me sort it out to make it better portion wise. So last night I had a breakfast bar for breakfast, for dinner I had 1/2 a pizza where as normally I just have a whole one with a handful of chips and lots of vegetables, for afters I had 100g of icecream and as a snack I had a packet of crisps. Normally I'd eat way more than that because I always feel just hungry. 

So this week will really show if restricting how much I eat helps me lose more weight than what I have been losing as well as going to the gym. Hopefully it will help me lose a few more centimetres as well to help motivate me a bit more.

Left leg - 60cm lost 2cm
Right leg - 62cm
Stomach - 98cm lost 1cm
Bust - 107cm 2 cm lost 
Chest - 93cm

I lost 5cm.

This weeks measurements:

Stomach - 99cm +1cm
Bust - 108cm + 1cm 
This is all I will be measuring from now on .

2cm gained. So in total I've lost 3cm so far.

Weekly Weigh In Week 11

I've been able to get in the gym a bit more and try to start eating better this week, but I'm still struggling to lose weight. 

What I was using to record my weight on decided to just delete everything it remembers so it's completely blank meaning I had to reset my 4 pounds in 1 month goal again so I've had to restart that which is a pain.

This week it's only my bmi that's changed its gone from 31.22 to 31.18 as always at least it's not a gain. 

I've finally decided that my main goal for the whole of this journey is to lose 2 stone (28 pounds) for right now and then to be able to maintain it for myself and then have a new goal. Since staring the gym I've already lost 6 pounds (3 months which seems like not much to me but I feel like I'm really trying) so I've got 22 pounds to go.

Next week I'll be taking measurements again to see if any things changed and make sure I'm measuring the right parts so it's correctly done instead of guessing.

Weekly Weigh In Week 10

This week I lost 1lb and my bmi went down from 31.34 to 31.22. I really didn't expect to lose anything this week as I was on holiday for 2 days, with a lot of late finishes at work again and have only been to the gym a few times. 

I only have late nights this week that are the only thing to get in the way of me going to the gym so I should be able to get in there a bit more again. While il be eating healthily or at least trying to.

I re-measured myself for my measurements to make sure I was doing something right at least that's all below.

Right leg - 62cm
Stomach - 99cm
Bust - 109cm
Chest - 93cm

This weeks measurements:

So happy this shows that something is actually happening, hopefully I have measured correctly and that in 2 weeks time I lose some more.

My goal in a months time is to lose 4lb so 1lb a week for me as I seem to struggle to be able to lose any more than that.

Weekly Weigh In Week 9

This week I've not been to the gym as much simply because work, getting in the way of it with me doing longer hours and being short staffed. 

I have been eating better and healthier this week though I've found myself to be eating less in the day so I'd have breakfast go to work for what seems like forever come home have dinner a cup of tea while having a snack during the day. 

Where as before I had a few snacks because I was just hungry all the time so hopefully that's past now and I can go back to eating normally instead of overeating all the time. 

This worked for me this week I actually lost weight I lost 1lb and my bmi went down from  31.55 to 31.34 which is the bmi I have been before. Really pleased with that after no weight change and then gaining a pound hopefully I'm back on track again.

My goal for next week is to lose 2lb if I can lose 1lb this week thought eating less hopefully I can lose an extra 1lb by going to the gym as well. My rotas at work are beginning to go back to normal now as people come back from holiday which means I should be able to get my self in the gym again. 

I will also be retaking my measurements next week to see if I've lost any centimetres any where fingers crossed next week I will lose weight and lose centimetres.

Weekly Weigh In Week 8

I am so disappointed in myself I've gained 1lb this week it's not much but after 3 weeks of no change in weight is so annoying for it not to be a loss for me and my bmi went up to 31.55.

I've been able to go to the gym more often this week I've been eating better apart from last night which was a cheat night. I just am really wanting to lose weight faster than this and because I'm not it's beginning to make me lose interest. 

In my self I see no physical change to me even in photos I've taken but my family say they can which is nice to here. 

I realise I'm not someone who can go to the gym and just lose it like I thought it was going to be. My weight is just up and down and I don't know what to do.

The gym I go to isn't very big in the machines it has and when you compare it to other gyms you can really tell it doesn't have much there. I've started using other machines by myself but I'm a bit more worried to start with the weights because it's always busy in that part of the gym and I don't want to look stupid and be the only girl in there. I would really like to start using them but I will definitely need to be shown how to use them so I do it properly without hurting my self. 

After so long of saying I want to start measuring my self I'm finally doing it so this will be the first week for that and then I'm not sure whether I will do it monthly or weekly for it. Maybe even every 2 weeks I'll do it and check.

I have no idea if that's what I'm supposed to measure but that's what I'll stick to for now till I found out what I am supposed to do and I've decided I'll measure again in 2 weeks time so on my 10th week il update and fingers crossed this will help me realise going to the gym is making a difference in the way I look even if it's the smallest measurement.

Primark Haul August

Hello me again with another primark haul it's harder for me to get to primark now as I live away from town after moving. 

I probably now only go in there once every two/three months I think.

Let's just go on to what I got.

Lace foot socks for work and you get 2 in a pack for £2.50.

Beauty blenders I do have a real techniques one bit I'm hoping these are a cheaper version I can use they do feel quite nice and I can't wait to give them a try. This was £1.50.

Foot cushions which I got for work which I will use for my new shoes when I start wearing them I picked up 2 packs so I can use them for the pair after as well. They where £2 each.

Needed some extra ones I got these last time and I just love them perfect to leave them in the bathroom and take on holiday without getting anything else wet in my bag. The idea of them I just really like it. It was 80p

Pack of false nails I really wanted to get the ps pro range for these but they had none in so I picked these hopefully they'll be ok. It was only £1.

False lashes I also wanted these in the ps pro range but again they had none. This was £1.

A navy blue towel to take with me to the gym as all I have at the minute is a pink one. This was £2.80.


Gym leggings the band is a bit more brighter than it is in the picture. It's basically mainly black with a bead print down the side and then covers the bottom. This was £8.


Workout vest to match the leggings it's a cross strap along the back with like a bead print along the front and down centre down the back it was £6.

Pink gym top and it really is quite a bright pink colour. I have the exact same top but in purple. This was £4.


Leggings for the gym still not sure what I think of these but they fit me ok. They have a white strip all the way down the side of the leg and then as you get to just below the knee it has a mesh triangle piece that goes to the bottom which I like and they where £8.

Weekly Weigh In Week 7

This week I've lost weight but again it hasn't been enough to make it go down a pound.

The only thing that's changed is my bmi so last week my bmi was 31.43 and this week it's 31.34 better than nothing I guess.

I really need to start measuring myself to actually hopefully realise I'm achieving more that way than in weighing because that would be really nice to see even if it's  centimetres I'd be really happy and it will probably motivate more to do it.

I've not been able to get in the gym as much again as I've done 6 hour shifts again and it's pretty much a workout at work anyway and when I do go I've forgotten to eat something so I become tired more quickly which means I can't stay there for as long as I want to.

Still would like to continue my goal of losing 2lb for next week as I didn't get to do it this week.

Boots Haul August

Before I start saying what I got in boots I did go in to peacocks and pick up two things so I'm quickly going to do that first and then I will continue with boots.


Picked up a sports bra basically needed another one as I only have about 3 of them at the minute. This was £5 which is a great price as sometimes they can be a bit expensive. It's black with silver sparkly lines all the way across but you can't really tell on the photo. Then on the back it crosses over with the 2 straps which I really like. 

I had to get one of these everyone literally seems to have one and I felt so left out but I now have one it was £3 and looks massive on my keys. 

On to what I got from boots. I pre ordered this lot so all I had to do was go in and collect it, I'd recommend this service to everyone just means you don't have to hunt around in store if you're on a time limit. 


I got 2 mascara a from rimmel London as it was buy one get one half price so I got wonderfull which I've used before and then a new one accelerator endless which looks really nice. They where both £7.99 but I saved £3.99 with the offer. 

Nailene ultra quick nail glue which I'm going to use for false nails so hopefully they'll turn out ok. This was £2.80.

Duo eyelash glue this was £4.99.

Yes to tomatoes daily balancing moisturiser for combination skin this was £7.99 down from £11.99.

Travel spray bottle which for now I'm going to use it to put water in and use it on my beauty blender instead of going to the bathroom to make it damp. This was £1.39.

Pack of shower caps I was expecting these to be nicer, I do want a proper one bit for now these will just have to do. They where only £1 so at least it's not to expensive.


These came free with my purchases so I got a garnier micellar cleansing water which is a small travel size bottle really and a free sample of Hugo boss the scent for her in the book it comes in it says 'an irresistible fragrance, unforgettable like a savoured seduction. Exquisite notes of honeyed peach, delicate freesia bloom, captivating osmanthus flower and intensely roasted cocoa, seduce the senses.' I can smell the peach and it don't seem that strong but the flowery sweet smell is quite strong I do like it but maybe for me not a first choice at the moment. I mean if someone got me this as a present I would still like it and use it.

Weekly Weigh In Week 6

This week has not been my best I've not been to the gym as much as I've been working 2-8 making it hard for me to go to the gym.

Food wise I feel like I've been really hungry and just eaten loads all week. I've had potatoe, chicken and beans one day a bowl of pasta bake the next and noodles but it's been the snacks that I've been falling back on with me eating crisps and biscuits nearly every night this week which is not good.

I tried to start meal planning but it's harder than I thought as I have to know what to eat that's healthy and make sure that we have at home in the first place to make sure that I can even eat it in the first place.

I've just weighed myself and nothing has changed at all my bmi has stayed on the exact same number it was last time, I'm not really sure why I haven't gained or lost any weight this week with the amount I've eaten and worked. I'm not disappointed at all hopefully with this week being more relaxed I will be able to get in the gym every day that I can.

My goal for next week is to try and lose 2lbs and I haven't once met my goal that I've gave myself yet and that's beginning to get me down and frustrate me surly I can actually accomplish one.

I'm finding my weightloss journey to be very slow compared to others on YouTube and through others blog posts I just don't understand what I am doing wrong.

Katy Perry Royal Revolution Shower Gel Review

Hello, it's taken me such a long time to review this and be able to know what I think of it. 



The bottle is small (like a travel size bottle) but has lasted me such a long time I've taken it swimming to use in the showers and at home. 

A little makes it turn in to a lot as it gets creamy. It is a clear gel and I can't at all figure out a way to describe the way it smells. 

It is a nice smell and it does remind me of one of the perfumes she has done. 

The packaging I love my favourite colour is blue and I love the pink lid. The material makes it look and feel a bit more expensive than it actually is. I am not sure if I'd buy this again I mean I like it but I don't think this will be first choice for me.

Have you got any Katy Perry perfumes or body wash etc...

Weekly Weigh In Week 5

I've been to the gym the same amount and been at work more hours this week so I was really expecting to have lost some weight. 

I've eaten more healthy this week but I've not gained or lost anything this week. 

My bmi shows I've lost weight but not enough for it to be a pound. I still weigh under 12 stone so it seems like a sure thing that I am definitely under 12 stone and won't be going back over it.

Fingers crossed for next week that I will lose 2lbs if I keep it up.

Weekly Weigh In Week 4

I haven't been to the gym as much as I would of liked this week mainly because I've been at work 6 hours a day every day this week. 

I really should start trying to go before work and in the morning so I have enough time to do everything, although I enjoy going to the gym after work I really need to get myself more focused to turn it around so I carry on going.

This week I lost 1lb which is better than nothing and it also means since staring the gym I've lost 5lbs over 2 months and I wish it could be a bit more but right now if I can do another 2 months and lose 5lbs again then that would be great. 

I am under 12 stone and I do not want to go back to that number. Fingers crossed. Next week will be another loss for me.

Weekly Weigh In Week 3

It's weigh day and I feel like I've really tried to lose more than a pound this week . I'd feel really disappointed if I've gained or not lost any at all.

I've been to the gym everyday day this week for an hour each time while trying to be careful of what I've eaten. I'm not the best at watching what I eat honestly I'm so bad at it and could really do with some help and tips on that kind of stuff? If you know any please leave comments on what I should do.

So I've just weighed myself and it turns out I've gained a pound I'm so disappointed. The pound I lost in week 2 is the pound I've put back on so my next week if I could lose 2 pounds or more that would really make me happy. 

My weight has been doing this for a while going up and down since I've started and I'm only in this to lose weight not gain. I mean a pound is better than 2 or 3 pounds for the week so I can only be thankful for it not being anymore than that.

This week however I am back to work after my holiday and I will be attending the gym so I'm hoping this will have a positive impact on my weight and help me lose a bit. To lose 2 pound next week is my goal even if it's a pound I'll be happy I just really don't want to gain again.

I know I'm posting late for this one but I've been busy and have had quite a bit of alcohol over the last few days probably not the best of ideas to have but I never got drunk. 

I've only managed to lose a 1lb this week not much but it still counts and hopefully I will lose a bit more by next Thursday.

Primark, Asda, Poundland And Select Haul

Hey guys,

This haul is a bit of a random one there is a lot of shops just chucked in to one haul most of the items is either from primark or select in this haul and I am so happy with everything that I picked up.

Primark:

Blue throw which is so so soft I got this because it's what I sleep with in the summer as it's just too hot for a duvet ans this is long enough for me to sleep with. This was £5.

Loved this cup the unicorn is from despicable me and inside it has glitter sequins and floating love hearts this was £3.

Got a hand towel in pink to take to the gym with me as it looks like the right size and I can't wait to use it. I can't remember the price but it wasn't much at all.

Colourful bed set with pretty patterns that I can turn it over on different sides for what I want to show. This was £15 so I'm expecting it to last for ages at this price.

Pair of flip flops these where on sale from £5 to £3.

Asda:

Got myself a new swimming costume I love the colour of it and it was £12.

Sports bra which was on sale from £6 to £3 bargain and I couldn't leave it. The padding I am expecting it to feel really comfortable when I try it on as it feels nice and soft.

Poundland:

Extra chewing gum £1. 

Basic plasters from Poundland getting 2 packs for £1.

Select:

Grey cropped joggers £11.99.

Grey pair of joggers to wear at the gym these where £11.99.

Ivory brazillian nickers for £2.99

Light pink brazillian knickers for £2.99.

Weekly Weigh In Week 1

Hello, 

So today is Thursday and my first weekly weigh in blog post. I have been naughty and had 2 bowls of icecream with strawberries and had lasagne with beans for dinner which isn't as bad as icecream. 

So I've lost 4 pounds this week and I am so proud of myself I had only thought I had lost around 2 which was my goal. I now weigh just under 12 stone and I can't wait to lose more. I have found myself eating less than what I had been eating before.

My goal for the next week is to lose at least 3 pounds if I could do that it would be great.

Lose Weight With Me

Hi guys,

Have been debating about doing these types of blog posts but have decided I will just run with the idea and see how long I can do it for.

So every Thursday I will weigh myself and  let you know what I've gained or lost in that week while also posting little bits about what I've eaten whether it's healthy or unhealthy and some of my workout routines that I have been doing. 

So far I have only been working out at the gym for 3ish weeks now and in them weeks I lost 4 pounds and then gained it back, but my fat percentage has gone down from 7.7% to 7% so I'm quite proud of that.

Clothes wise I'm a size 12 or 14 both for my tops and jeans and my goal is to be a size 6 or 8 and to be able to feel confident in dresses, shorts and bikinis.

Primark, Superdrug, Ann Summers And Peacocks Haul

Hello again and welcome to my blog,

It's not a very big haul but it's a few bits and pieces I got when I was out. 

So from primark I picked up:

A pack of hair pins for £1 as mine always go missing and I lose them.

Some cotton buds which comes in a plastic pot and I think I will actually use it as it gets emptier. This was only 50p.


Some new sunglasses as my old ones broke. These where £3 and I reply like the colour and gold detailing down the sides.

Tshirt for the gym in a nice blue/purple colour for £4.

Gym leggings these actually feel like a nice material and are so comfy to wear these where £7.

A crayon type blush from collection in the shade 01 tickled pink which was £3.99.


A crayon type highlighter from collection in the shade 01 pearl sheen and it was £3.99.


The rimmel london volume colourist mascara in extrem black which is also supposed to tint your eye lashes over time it was £6.99 I think. Really excited to try this out as this is their newest one they've released.

Superdrugs magazine it was free with my beauty card at the till so I said yes I'm getting that haha.

Sports bra I had seen it online and when I went in to the shop it was the last one they had and it was in my size so I picked it up. It was £10.
